I obtained a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. I then completed a MScEng program in Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology and followed an Erasmus semester at the Barcelona School of Informatics. After finishing my studies, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a business data analyst for 3 years. In 2020, I was awarded a MSCA fellowship in the H2020-MSCA-ITN TranSYS and joined the group of Dr. Janine Knauer-Arloth at the MPIP. My research activities focus on understanding stress-responsive molecular networks by applying a condition-based multiomics approaches. In particular, I work on developing a pipeline for an integrative multivariate analysis of multilevel phenotyping, whole blood gene expression, genotype and methylation data at different stress conditions.
