Curriculum Vitae
I grew up in Munich and Oxford, UK and completed my master’s degree in Biology at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Currently, I am a PhD student in the IMPRS-TP graduate school. During my masters I studied the role of the insular cortex in fear behaviour, which led me to be particularly interested in emotional behaviour and influences on it. In my PhD project I am focusing on the relationship between insular activity, interoception and emotional behaviour.
