Individual Supportive Therapy
Individual supportive therapy consists of various therapeutic interventions in the clinic, which are individually tailored to the patients’ needs. For therapy planning, we use biological, psychological and social aspects of the respective disorder. In individual meetings, the patients receive support by our physicians/psychologists and get information about the disorder (e.g., about how common the disorder is, potential causes, symptoms and treatment options). Furthermore, they are given the opportunity to discuss their present situation and related problems, e.g., in their job, with their partners or in everyday life.
