Curriculum Vitae
Rosa is a staff scientist in our lab. She received her diploma in biology and her doctorate from the Technical University of Munich. Before joining the MPIP, she studied axon guidance in the PNS, as well as neuronal stem cell genetics and fate determination during embryonic development.
Rosa leads the Viral Vector Core Unit comprised of the Central Virus Storage and the Surgery Core Facility. Here, she provides fully equipped stereotaxic surgical stations, as well as surgery assistance and training. She also coaches colleagues in confocal, epifluorescence, and conventional light microscopy.
